Denny has performed for many years as a solo act (guitar & vocal), and doubles as a sideman (bass & drums). Denny is a native of Martinsville, Indiana, and a 1970 graduate of the local high school. He earned his “music degree” by direct apprenticeship and mentoring in the AFM Local # 3 of the Indianapolis Musicians. Denny has played out professionally, taught music, and ran a local retail music store for over 50-years. While semi-retired, he still runs a teaching studio for hire, but is now donating his performance time and talents on a limited basis to non-profit organizations and churches. His repertoire includes 20th century: Pop, Rock, Country, Western, Gospel, Sacred, Blues, Jazz, Folk, Traditional, and Broadway.
