1)       SAVE your INVOICE for PROOF-OF-PURCHASE; your INVOICE must accompany all CLAIMS.

2)       All PURCHASES approved: CASH, CHECK, BANKCARD, FINANCE, CHARGE; minimum $5 SERVICE FEE on any returned transaction; minimum $5 LATE FEE on any transaction past due 30-Days (as per our discretion).

3)       LAYAWAY: 10-Payments, 10-Weeks (see LAYAWAY form for details).

4)       All SPECIAL ORDERS are NON-RETURNABLE, and are subject to a minimum 50% DEPOSIT (non-refundable unless un-deliverable).

5)       Any REPAIRS left past 30-Days of completion are subject to LATE FEES; past 60-Days are subject to MECHANICS LIEN and will be sold to satisfy amount due.

6)       All PURCHASES sold AS-IS are excluded from any WARRANTIES, STORE SERVICE, or REFUNDS.

7)       CHAMPLIN MUSIC extends NO WARRANTIES on any PURCHASES, either EXPRESSED or IMPLIED, except those offered by the manufacturers; SHIPPING & HANDLING are additional costs.

8)       All PURCHASES are covered up to 10-Days (Strings & Drumsticks 1-Day) by our STORE SERVICE: we will adjust, repair, replace, or exchange (as per our discretion).

9)       REFUNDS on any PURCHASES will be allowed up to 10-Days, subject to a minimum 10% RESTOCKING FEE (as per our discretion).
